You can cancel and return or exchange your order in accordance with the cancellation policy. Please note that customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. The return process described here is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. here  you will find all information on the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form. Important information for returns from the EU and Switzerland:

Please note that we cannot cover the costs for the return! In any case, you have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. When we receive returns that are freight collect, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the total refund amount.
