Terms & Dispute Resolution

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. 

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with COW Handels und Marketing KG.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of the order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has come about.

A binding contract can also be formed beforehand as follows:

  • If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.

  • If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.

  • If you have chosen the Sofortüberweisung payment method, the contract comes into effect when the payment order to SOFORT AG is confirmed.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers. 

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop: 

Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. 

Credit card
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. 

PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception if guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process. 

Instant bank transfer
We also offer direct transfer. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure Sofort AG payment form, which is not accessible to retailers, Sofortüberweisung automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account. If you choose the payment method Sofortüberweisung, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. In addition, the transfer amount and purpose are already displayed in the form. You now have to select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Right after you receive confirmation of receipt. In principle, every Internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if he has an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that instant transfer is not yet available at a few banks. Purchase on account via BillSAFE
If you choose the payment method purchase on account via Billsafe, which we offer with creditworthiness, we process the purchase on account via our external payment service provider BillSAFE, an offer from PayPal (Europe) S.à.rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg from. It is assumed that all previous invoices have been paid. Payment is made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice without deductions. Invoicing takes place with the delivery. If you use the purchase on account payment method via BillSAFE, you will be taken directly to the BillSAFE website after completing the order on our website. There you can view the applicable terms of use and data protection provisions of BillSAFE. After a successful address and credit check, payment is processed via BillSAFE, to which we assign our claims. In this case, you can only make payments to BillSAFE with a debt-discharging effect. Even when paying via BillSAFE, we remain responsible for general customer inquiries (e.g. about goods, delivery time, shipping), returns, complaints, cancellation declarations and shipments or for your claims for reimbursement of payments made. 6. Pickup
In principle, you have the option of collection from the COWstyle Shop, Styriastraße 31, 8042 Graz, Austria during the following business hours: Mon-Thurs: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (except public holidays). 

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment. 

8. Damage in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance. 

9. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop. 

10. Storage of contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet. 

11. Contract Language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. 

12. Exchange and return 

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
